How can I redeem a discount code?
Discount codes can be redeemed directly during checkout in the "Apply discount code" field . To do so, please first go to the secure checkout from your shopping cart.
How much are the shipping costs?
All our products are delivered free of charge within 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇦🇹 Austria & 🇨🇭 Switzerland!
An insured shipping method is also offered for a small additional charge.
How will my package be delivered?
We generally send all parcels in Germany with DHL , in Austria with the Austrian Post and in Switzerland with the Swiss Post .
However, the choice of shipping company may vary depending on the order volume or special transport in special cases.
How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand, the current delivery time is:
🇩🇪 Germany : 5-7 working days
🇦🇹 Austria : 5-7 working days
🇨🇭 Switzerland : 6-9 working days
Additional processing time after order placement: 1-3 business days

Where is my package?
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.
Once your package has been shipped (1-3 working days), you will receive another email from us with the exact shipment details, which you can use to track your order .
Can I still change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order or address, please immediately email our customer service at hilfe@koerperhilfe.de or contact us here . Changes are no longer possible once the package has been shipped.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We offer you all common and encrypted payment options:

I didn't receive an order confirmation?
Please first check that you have entered your email address correctly and that our confirmation email hasn't ended up in your spam folder . If you still haven't received a confirmation from us, please contact our customer service .
How can I return or exchange an item?
Are you dissatisfied with your order, would you like to exchange it or have a damaged item?
Contact our customer support within 30 days to arrange a smooth return or exchange process.
How long does the refund take?
We will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible and once we have processed your return to your original payment method.
What happens if acceptance is refused?
Please note: Refusal to accept the return does not constitute a proper return. Because an external service provider of the manufacturer sometimes ships parcels for us, the parcel will not arrive at the address we provided if it is not accepted. This unfortunately violates the statutory return obligation under Section 355 Paragraph 3 and Section 357 Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). By sending the parcel to the wrong address, the return obligation is not met, contrary to Section 355 Paragraph 3 Sentence 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Even if the act was not intentional, fault is presumed according to Section 280 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and can only be remedied through sufficient exculpation.
For this reason, we ask that you send any returns exclusively to the address provided by us!
